1. About The Refill Den

The Refill Den is a local, independent plastic-free refill shop based at The Courtyard Craft Centre, Lytchett Minster, Poole, BH16 6BA. These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchases made in-store.

2. Pricing

All loose goods sold by weight are priced per 100g or 100ml as displayed in-store and on our website. Prices are subject to change. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase in-store. We endeavour to keep our website product list accurate, but instore prices take precedence.

3. Containers

Customers are welcome to bring their own clean, dry containers. We will tare (zero) your container before filling. We accept no liability for containers that are unsuitable, cracked, or contaminated.

4. Food Allergens

Our shop sells a wide range of loose goods including products containing major allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.). While we take reasonable precautions, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Please inform a member of staff if you have a severe allergy before purchasing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of loose goods, we are unable to accept returns of food products once they have left the shop. If you have a concern about a product, please speak to us in-store or contact us via social media and we will do our best to help.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
